Our goal is to provide the highest quality dental care for you. We will evaluate your short term as well as long-term dental requirements in order to provide you with a beautiful, healthy smile.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. For extensive procedures, financial arrangements can be made through our office.
Dental insurance
As part of our service, we will prepare and submit necessary dental insurance forms for you. However, your policy represents an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, not between your insurance company and our office. You are responsible for any costs not covered under your dental insurance policy.
Cosmetic procedures generally are not covered by most dental insurance companies. However, partial reimbursement may be available if teeth are damaged or there are significant health reasons.
We make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we will make our best effort to see that you receive the maximum allowable benefits provided by your carrier. If you want to know what your expected coverage will be, we will submit a pre-treatment estimate in your behalf. Typically, an insurance company will respond within four to six weeks.
